Sean Andrews started in the mortgage industry in 1992 as a loan processor preparing files for favorable underwriting approval decisions. Sean soon advanced and mastered both loan origination and underwriting. Sean then held other management positions before deciding he had the greatest impact and the most enjoyment from working with the client directly to achieve their goals. As a knowledgeable, experienced professional Sean serves his clients with a broad and deep understanding of the industry and knows how to make good mortgages happen fast. Sean is constantly focused on preparing and presenting the best structured loan to achieve a rapid and clean underwriting approval custom tailored for the needs of each client. Clients trust and refer Sean for his skill in navigating the credit and underwriting guidelines of numerous wholesale lenders.
Sean has one daughter Veronica, and two stepsons Vincent and Angelo. Sean serves on the board of directors for Caroline’s Promise. Mission Statement: Caroline’s Promise strives to meet the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the youth of Caroline County, Virginia.
